Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please use our contact form on the website. Returns will only be accepted if initiated through the contact form. Customers are responsible for return postage / shipping costs. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package once your return is approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via the contact form if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us again using the contact form.
